Given the urgency of the Wicklow Climate and Biodiversity Emergency (declared by WCC, April 2019) and the drastic status of continued decline in our Habitats and Biodiversity, I wish to request that the locations attached are considered for immediate TPOs as we all try to preserve the remaining Habitats in our communities.
