With agricultural machinery getting bigger and the need for large trucks on the roads it is important to keep road margins and over hanging trees trimmed back.
With footpaths now being laid down on country roads the width of the roads has become a real issue eg Ballycoog / Woodenbridge road. This road is now a one vehicle road with large trucks, milk tankers, feed trucks and large machinery travelling on it.
The Aughrim / Woodenbridge road needs a full upgrade as it is choking off development of Aughrim. Also there are numerous accidents on it.
