I OWN LAND IN Baltinglass East on the Shrughaun road my eircode is (redacted). The land is currently zoned residential. A planning for a family member was granted on the site on 17 /5/2001 application no 014339. THIS POSITIVE DECISION WAS CONFIRMED BY ABP. Just to confirm it is currently zoned is serviced and has been in my family ownership for a few generations and is located directly across the road from my family residence. I request that this land remain as existing residential as most likely a family member hopes to build there in the next few year.
