Appendix 3 Housing Strategy

It is our opinion that there is obviousely a serious short fall of houses in Co.Wicklow . With that in mind and the Location of My applicants site we feel that this site would be an obvious choice to Re Zone. There is a recenlty completed Council Scheme literally the opposite (South East) side of my Clients Boundary Wall. My Client is also in favour of speaking with The Housing Department to see if they were interested in purchasing the site themselves.
