The development of a footpath from the Green Road on the R755 to the L6086 (Ballard Road 150m)
This is necessary to give safe access to the development of the Neighbourwood Scheme in Ballard Wood.
The Neighbourwood Facilities and Enhancement Scheme is funded by the Forest Service and consists of
the development of a 2km walking trail with 10 stops along the '' Mindfull-Nature Trail. (Work on this is
well advanced and completion is expected by early October next.
The footpath on the R755 will also give safe access to the Avonmore Way.
