This submission relates to the publication of the Material Amendments to the Draft Development Plan for Wicklow and is made on behalf of Cairn PLC (“Cairn”). We request:
- a reallocation of housing across the county to ensure that overall housing targets are met;
- that until such a time as new LAPs are adopted, the current plans for towns are herewith subsumed into this County Development Plan;
- that a detailed infrastructural audit of all towns be undertaken prior to the review of LAPs; and
- an alteration to a housing objective.
